As the Senior Marketing Manager, Creative Production and Operations, you will be responsible for leading the in-house creative production and operations team to support Marketing channels, including the development of photography, videography, and content assets, as well as leading a team to support print production, traffic, and business operations (Workfront and DAM). The Senior Marketing Manager, Creative Production and Operations, will collaborate closely with the Internal Creative, Brand, Private Label, Shopper Marketing, Digital Experience, Visual Merchandising, and Print Procurement teams, leveraging best practices and technology to produce engaging and high-performing content. The ideal candidate will be organized, a creative thinker, and a passionate problem solver with the ability to be both creative and analytical. This position, reporting to the Marketing Director, Internal Creative Services, offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to the success of a globally recognized organization. This role will provide strategic, analytical, and operational leadership for the creative production and operations team. Additionally, you will have direct interaction with Marketing and E-Commerce Vice Presidents and the Senior Vice President. This individual will have 3-4 direct reports and may at times also lead large-scale presentations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a team to traffic, develop, and produce marketing assets across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and industry best practices in creative development and production management. Lead the development and support of digital assets within the DAM system. Lead the traffic management and process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget within the Workfront system. Lead the print production and fulfillment of store signage with print procurement. Develop, plan, and execute multimedia content, including video, audio, photography, and graphic assets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, Commercial Marketing, Brand, Digital Experience, Promotions, and Legal teams, as well as Creative copywriters, designers, and UI/UX developers to deliver compelling and impactful creative. Manage the production process from concept to completion, including scripting, shooting, editing, and distribution. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Manage the creative and budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing costs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has two or more direct reports, consisting of managers and associate managers, and will oversee multiple external vendors. In addition, this role offers significant lateral and upward influence, leading strategic conversations across the organization and with senior leadership teams. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 8 years of experience in design, production, creative development, and project management, preferably in a large-scale corporate environment.
