Sales and Business Development Manager, cell culturing media This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Manager at OPM Biosciences in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications Master or advanced Degree and equivalent experience in biotech/life sciences required CHO cells culturing, Drug development and manufacturing knowledge, and 5+ years relevant sales business experience required Highly effective at overcoming obstacles with strong interpersonal communication skills Skilled in conducting business and sales presentations with scientific rigor Excellent scientific writing and analytical skills Ability to travel in the US and internationally to engage with clients Effective interpersonal and project management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced matrix environment Multilingual is a plus Key Responsibilities Expand client relationships and identify new clients to establish business relationships Interact with clients to introduce our products and services Lead sales & BD team Provide customized solutions to our clients with support from our technical teams Provide feedback on market needs, trends, competitive landscape and new business opportunities Follow BD operations and transactions including proposals, agreement/contract developments, negotiations, deal closure and alliance management Lead cross-functional collaborations, coordinate with R&D, CMC, Operations, and Finance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales
