Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Multimedia Marketing Producer to help bring our marketing strategies to life through compelling multimedia content. In this hands-on role, you’ll create videos, social media reels, user-generated content (UGC), traveler testimonials, internal learning tools (such as PowerPoint presentations), podcasts, and more—contributing to growing our channels of distribution and strengthening Collette’s reputation as a trusted leader in guided travel.
You'll collaborate with travelers, vendors, podcast guests, and internal teams to capture stories that connect with our audience and elevate Collette’s brand. Your work will shape how travelers experience Collette—bringing our guided tours, traveler stories, and global partnerships to life.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven producer who can transform marketing objectives into polished, high-quality multimedia content. This role requires strong technical skills, cross-team collaboration, and a keen understanding of engaging content for a travel-focused audience.
Primary Functions:
- Produce Multimedia Content: Execute videos, social media reels, virtual events, UGC, traveler testimonials, internal learning tools (PowerPoint presentations), podcasts, and more using Descript and other industry standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support Pre-Production for Video Shoots: Assist with planning, logistics, and coordination for international and domestic video shoots with Collette’s high-profile media and brand partnerships.
- Capture Traveler Stories & Testimonials: Work directly with our travelers, product designers, tour managers, and partners to craft compelling testimonials.
- Collaborate Across Multiple Departments: Work closely with teams like Product Marketing, Copywriting, Video, Virtual Events, and Sales Enablement to develop content that supports their needs and initiatives while aligning with Collette’s marketing goals.
- Support UGC & Influencer Content Initiatives: Work with our Digital Team to coordinate and curate user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, sourcing and editing content from travelers, influencers, and partners.
- Optimize for Social & Digital Platforms: Work with our Social Team to tailor content to fit the requirements and audiences of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Podcast Production: Support all aspects of podcast production (audio and video), including guest/traveler booking, story development, recording, editing, and publishing.
- Ensure Consistency & Quality: Maintain high production standards across all content, balancing creativity with efficiency.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia production, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality audio, video, and visual content for marketing.
- Proficiency in editing & production tools – Descript, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Canva, etc.
- Technical Skills – Strong understanding of production workflows, editing, file management, and publishing for multiple platforms.
- Guest & Talent Coordination – Skilled at working with guests, including travelers, Collette employees, and media partners, ensuring they feel comfortable on-camera and on-mic.
- Pre-Production & Logistics – Ability to assist in planning shoots, location coordination, and working with brand/media partnerships.
- Social Media Fluency – A strong awareness of platform-specific content strategies, trends, and audience engagement best practices.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $88,000
