Job Description
The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the Senior Graphics Designer and Strategic Marketing Manager to support the design and execution of strategies that enhance the perception of Stream in the Carolinas market. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing campaigns, gain hands-on experience in graphic design, and develop professional skills in a dynamic real estate environment. Position is part-time, requiring 20-40 weekly hours onsite and is a paid position.

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the team in maintaining high-level marketing campaigns for prospective and current portfolio assignments
- Contributing creative, out-of-the box ideas for marketing new assignments
- Traveling to properties to take high-quality still photographs, and content videos and edit for digital and social media use
- Maintaining and reporting results for weekly email campaigns
- Updating quarterly marketing reports and submarket reports
- Assisting all team members with individual marketing efforts
- Print production and assembly work as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university with a focus on Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Intermediate experience with Adobe CC software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD; After Effects, Premiere Pro a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Nice, smart, honest, passionate individual
- Social Media strategy and content design a plus
- Detail-oriented, strong editing and copywriting skills a plus
- Videography, photography, and editing skills a plus
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
