We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation. We are hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will focus on primarily Transportation, Yard Management, and Supply Chain Visibility solutions. The preferred candidate will be crucial in crafting consistent messaging and positioning for Kaleris products and solutions. The successful candidate will effectively translate technical capabilities into business benefits and create engaging sales enablement and marketing programs to reach our target audience, driving increased sales revenue. Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product marketing, field marketing, and shared services to ensure consistent go-to-market themes, sales enablement processes, and product launches. Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate our solutions in the market. Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to the sales team and develop sales tools to support their efforts. Ensure solutions and marketing plans align with market directions and support product roadmaps and releases. Create product-specific launch materials, collateral, and messaging platforms, ensuring brand consistency across product lines. Guide the marketing team to generate momentum ahead of new product/brand launches. Monitor and assess market and competitive trends, as well as customer needs. Develop materials to support competitive analysis, product positioning, and market trends across all market segments. Build and oversee marketing strategies, launch plans, and materials for new solutions/products. Work with customer-facing teams to develop personas and content programs that elevate our position. Champion our solutions both internally and externally. Requirements
4+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing strategies. Knowledge of Supply Chain Execution software is highly preferred. Proven experience creating and executing innovative and targeted sales enablement and marketing programs that yield results. Skill in evaluating and presenting market and customer requirements, competitive situations, and overall market trends. Strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals to create successful pricing and packaging strategies. Confidence and the ability to maintain a strong network of internal relationships and a visible profile within the business. Ability to influence and engage peers in marketing, sales, and product organizations. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically and make sound decisions quickly and efficiently. Exceptional written, oral, and executive presentation skills. Benefits & Compensation
