A day in the life As a Product Launch Manager, you will be managing multiple new product launches at various stages. We work cross-functionally but closest with Product Management, Marketing, Category, and Demand and Supply Planning teams. In the morning, you may host a launch readiness call or have meetings with EU/MEA teams. You may then have a financial assessment and strategy review meeting with Finance and Category teams for a product you are managing. In the afternoon, you may finalize GTM documentation and prepare for leadership review before you review a product detail page with Creative and Online Experience teams. Toward the end of the day, you may follow up with action items with stakeholder teams to ensure we are on track to hit the next milestone and prepare for your GTM weekly call the next day, or hop on a call with APAC (JP, ANZ) teams to discuss product assortment strategy. Note these are just examples of various activities that could be part of a typical day.
