Position Available: Director of Marketing Location: Newark/San Francisco, CA - hybrid work About the Role: We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to elevate our marketing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team, inspire innovative ideas, and convert strategies into measurable outcomes. This hands-on position is ideal for an individual who enjoys building strong teams and crafting impactful campaigns. Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that reflects our company's vision and goals. Oversee daily marketing operations, ensuring high-quality outputs and effective team collaboration. Collaborate with our Sales and Product teams to enhance our offerings and produce compelling marketing collateral. Transform creative concepts into reality while assessing their performance to ensure they deliver substantial results. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the tech or IT sector. Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of data-driven marketing strategies and planning. Experience in managing departmental operations. Strong budget and resource management capability. Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building cross-functional relationships. A results-oriented approach with a history of achieving measurable successes.
