- We have a content innovation studio that uses insights to identify an audience & how to immerse them into a world. These are then turned stories into participation-first content and experiences (social campaigns, original content, experiential, etc.)
- We create the opening line (trailer, a/v assets), the moment that invites the audience into the story.
Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to support the daily workflow within the graphics department by assisting the Producer team in managing workflow and properly tracking projects against deadlines. This position will work with Producers to define motion graphics needs, organizing schedules, assigning tasks, preparing graphics requests/work orders, and streamlining workflow. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, thorough, and able to juggle many tasks and responsibilities at once with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. Typical projects include theatrical teasers, trailers, and TV spots, as well as network promos.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the production of graphic elements from design to production and through the finishing process.
- Input and maintain all work orders/graphics requests in the billing system.
- Track the status of all projects and requests, assist the Producer in prioritizing under ever-changing needs. Anticipate project or resource conflicts and provide thoughtful solutions to the Producer and Creative Director.
- Take detailed notes and thoroughly communicate all facets of a request, including changes, to the Producer and Creative Director.
- Send out graphics status update emails to the team with ‘in progress’/’next up’/’finished’ listings. Check in with Producer and artists often to track updates.
- Assist in organizing the department’s daily work schedule and proactively monitor the team’s workload to ensure efficiency against deadlines.
- Provide an additional level of quality control and ensure all graphics are delivered on time and to requested specifications (spelling, style, color, resolution, file format, length, etc.).
- Liaise between post facilities, studio clients, and internal graphics team members. Route and coordinate requests, as directed.
- Check in with in-house producers for evening needs, wait for ‘all clear’ to leave, and request artists to stay, as directed by the Producer.
- Maintain organization of shared files by managing archival stock footage, researching projects, and maintaining efficiency of workflow.
- Provide input for best practices, style guides, and templates.
- Assist other personnel and managers with ad hoc creative services tasks, as requested.

- Experience/willingness to learn graphics post delivery specs and nomenclature (frame rates, aspect ratios, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphics file types, QuickTime, JPEG, TIFF, Photoshop, Illustrator, and associated aspect ratios preferred.
- Assistant Editor experience within a theatrical marketing environment preferred.
- Higher education in graphic arts with familiarity in After Effects preferred.
- Experience with 3D/2D visual effects and feature film/game marketing a plus.
- A/V Trailer and television post experience preferred.
Pay Range
$25-28/hour USD
