Job Description:
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with the business team and record user requirement specifications.
- Lead business requirements analysis, perform impact analysis, and risk assessment.
- Must have in-depth product knowledge of Siemens Opcenter.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions using OOTB product features.
- Experience in end-to-end Opcenter modeling and configuration.
- Understand the paper batch record and business process flow in collaboration with business SMEs.
- Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems.
- Extensive knowledge of medical device processes.
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle with experience in all project phases.
- Relevant experience of 8-10 years.
- Excellent leadership skills to help the team achieve high performance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to the business team.
