Position Overview for the UX Researcher: Our client is looking for a UX Researcher to join their User Experience digital platform team. This contractor will be working on an internal-facing application for call center agents. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business problems and advocate for user experience.

Required Skills for the UX Researcher:

1. 5+ years of experience in applied user experience research with a large enterprise company.
2. Strong understanding of user-centered design, experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, and analytical skills.
3. Strong experience using analytical tools: Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric (gathering data insights to supplement portfolio research strategies).
4. Must have a portfolio coming from a product-based environment.
5. Experience scaling research practices and setting up a research insights repository.
