Responsibilities:
Web Development:
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular 13/14, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across various devices. JavaScript & HTML5:
Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and HTML5, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure successful project delivery. Client Engagement:
Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Independent Work:
Take ownership of projects and tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently and make technical decisions that align with project goals. Code Review:
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, architectural decisions, and project specifications. Collaboration:
Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly and visually appealing applications. Problem-Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions to enhance application performance and user experience
Requirements: You are:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (versions 13/14). Technical Skills: Proficient in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. CI/CD pipelines, Lamda or similar compute, Cloudfront Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated experience in managing a small team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective project delivery. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly. Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
