Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 4 years of experience leading design projects.
• 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.

Salary Range

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary details are role, level, and location-dependent, and your recruiter can provide specific information during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Influence stakeholders to support design strategies.
• Develop innovative design solutions for user, product, and business challenges.
• Lead holistic design processes, systems, or language across teams or products.
• Create design concepts based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends.
• Guide UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation or user testing.
