Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Events and Deals
Our vision is to accelerate reaching JP’s 100B goal by building the most rewarding event experiences in Japan and deepen customers engagement with Amazon both during and outside events. We aim to launch a fully automated, self-service brand funding aka brand monetization program that enables Selling partners to view, customize, and self-enroll in tailored event packages designed to meet a range of objectives, from boosting brand and product awareness to enhancing customer engagement and driving 3rd-party program adoption. The Events and Deal team is looking for a talented marketer to partner with our product team and lead the program. The product marketing manager will champion the program including consolidating monetization programs across teams, defining the JP level program mechanism and playbook, running experiments to improve the pricing/selection strategy, and continuously bar-raising CX/VX. If you are organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and can think big, this is a great role for you. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing programs across channels, build experiences and offers customers will love and rave about, and work with a cross-functional team of experts.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and manage JP Brand monetization mechanism.
- Own and execute the marketing roadmap for Brand monetization program.
- Collaborate with Category teams to identify opportunities to consolidate monetization programs across teams.
- Partner with internal partner teams to develop marketing synergies with integrated products.
- Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of Monetization products.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Fluency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Business level Japanese
