About the Role: Rho is looking for a highly creative and results-driven Senior Brand Designer to shape and evolve our visual identity across web, digital, and marketing channels. In this role, you will create compelling design assets that engage our current and future customers. A successful candidate has a strong brand design and visual identity background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how design influences user behavior and business outcomes. What You'll Achieve:

Work with our brand agency and executive team to define and evolve Rho’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and sophistication across all brand touchpoints. Create high-performing marketing assets for web, paid social, display, email, and video, optimizing for engagement and conversion. Enforce and refine brand guidelines, establishing scalable visual systems across marketing and product. Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, growth, and product to align design with strategic goals. Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine creative output.
