Marketing Lead – Early-Stage Recruitment Business (Tech & GTM)&##128205; San Francisco (Preferred) | Full-Time or Part-Time
Are you a creative, hands-on marketer looking for full ownership of brand and growth strategy? Do you thrive in fast-moving environments where you can test new ideas and make an immediate impact?
We’re an early-stage recruitment business specializing in GTM and Technical hires for startup tech companies. We help high-growth businesses land top talent, and now, we need someone to help us scale our brand and attract more clients.
Own and execute our marketing strategy across social media, SEO, and email marketing
✅ Create compelling content that positions us as the go-to recruitment partner for startups
✅ Grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn and other platforms
✅ Plan and run small events like virtual panels, roundtables, and video interviews
✅ Proven experience in marketing (ideally in recruitment, SaaS, or tech)
&##Proficiency in social media, SEO, and email marketing
&##Ability to craft high-quality content that stands out in a crowded space
&##Event marketing experience is a plus but not required
