Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an innovative Marketing Specialist. Are you a strategic thinker with a creative edge? Do you love crafting compelling LinkedIn posts, diving into marketing analytics, and designing PowerPoint presentations that captivate rather than bore? What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a How You will Make a Difference):
- Supporting Print & Digital Marketing Efforts: Help design, create, and deliver marketing campaigns that promote our products and services in both digital and print formats.
- Collecting & Analyzing Data: Gather insights on trends, competition, pricing and our marketing efforts to help shape our strategy.
- Social Media & Digital Outreach: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence (especially LinkedIn), creating email campaigns, newsletters, and digital ads that actually get results.
- PowerPoint Presentations That Wow: Develop engaging sales presentations that showcase our capabilities.
- Finding New Markets & Channels: Research and identify new ways to reach potential customers.
- Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- List Management & Client Research: Maintain and update marketing contact lists, research potential clients, and gather insights.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials.
What We're Looking For (a.k.a. What Makes You A Great Fit):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- A solid grasp of marketing fundamentals.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Strategic thinker with fresh ideas.
Salary: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $48,000 - 55,000.
