Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all leasing, resident retention and property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the leasing efforts and lease retention
- Approve vendor bills for payment
- Research and obtain bids for property improvements
- Attract and retain prospective residents
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and inquiries
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff/maintenance personnel.
- Enforce property and company policy and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with fair housing/multi-family housing
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of AppFolio/Yardi, MS Word and Excel
