Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Function as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote the company’s reputation as a “best place to work” The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a recruiting role Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 programs (including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams) Ability to communicate effectively with team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system Maintain social media job postings Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews Proven work experience as a recruiter Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. NOTE:
