to join our Tulsa-based team and play a key role in high-impact industrial design projects. This is an
onsite role
with the opportunity to shift to a
hybrid model
after onboarding. What You’ll Do:
Create and review complex layouts for accuracy, constructability, and safety Mentor junior drafters and support cross-functional project teams Ensure drawings meet industry standards and coordinate design updates Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets Apply redline changes and verify BOM and dimensional accuracy Collaborate with fabrication, field, and purchasing teams to execute on deliverables What You Bring:
10+ years in tank, vessel, or fabrication design Advanced
AutoCAD
skills (Inventor a plus) Deep understanding of drafting disciplines (vessels, structural, etc.) Familiarity with fabrication and construction processes Strong math skills (including trig), attention to detail, and communication ability Proficiency in MS Office tools email - Ssingh@sibitalent.com Seniority level
