Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Manager to lead the structural engineering design and strategy for Client's North American Fulfillment Network. The role involves developing design standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and collaborating with third-party engineering firms to ensure optimal structural designs. This position requires project and program management skills, deep technical knowledge in structural engineering, and excellent communication abilities to drive initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Develop, manage, implement, and maintain structural design standards. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to align and execute design strategies. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Structural Engineering Design and Materials. Manage blocking issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely delivery. Must-Have Skills
Profound knowledge of structural design and materials. Strong project and program management skills. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Industry Experience
Experience in the building design and construction industry, focusing on structural optimization and materials. Experience with sustainability and carbon reduction is a plus. About Akraya
