We are seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film/Tint/Vinyl Installer to join our Kendall Ford Accessories team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, eager to learn, and possess good time management skills. This is a not entry-level position, with pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour or flat rate depending on experience.

Job duties include:

1. Washing, polishing, and waxing new and used vehicles
2. Vacuuming and shampooing vehicle interiors
3. Cleaning and polishing vehicle glass
4. Cleaning engine compartments
5. Touching up chipped services and paint imperfections
6. Chemically treating tires, vinyl, and other surfaces as needed
7. Installing automotive films (paint protection, window films, ceramic coatings, and flat glass) with high quality standards
8. Documenting all work to meet Kendall and manufacturer guidelines

Work environment and physical requirements:

Primarily indoors in a shop setting, with exposure to noise, dust, paint, and cleaning solutions. Frequent bending, twisting, crouching, climbing, and reaching are required. Pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Candidate requirements:

Experience in vehicle detailing in a dealership or large shop preferred; training will be provided. Must be able to operate various vehicle types, including hybrids, and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
