We are seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film/Tint/Vinyl Installer to join our Kendall Ford Accessories team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, eager to learn, and possess good time management skills. This is a not entry-level position, with pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour or flat rate depending on experience.

Job duties include:
- Washing, polishing, and waxing new and used vehicles
- Vacuuming and shampooing vehicle interiors
- Cleaning and polishing vehicle glass
- Cleaning engine compartments
- Touching up chipped services and paint imperfections
- Chemically treating tires, vinyl, and other surfaces as needed
- Installing automotive films (paint protection, window films, ceramic coatings, and flat glass) with high quality standards
- Documenting all work to meet Kendall and manufacturer guidelines
Work environment and physical requirements:
Primarily indoors in a shop setting, with exposure to noise, dust, paint, and cleaning solutions. Frequent bending, twisting, crouching, climbing, and reaching are required. Pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Candidate requirements:
Experience in vehicle detailing in a dealership or large shop preferred; training will be provided. Must be able to operate various vehicle types, including hybrids, and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
