The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in the sports and entertainment industry. This individual will play a key role in shaping our brand's digital presence, driving engagement, and enhancing the overall fan experience.Responsibilities:Digital Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in digital marketing efforts.Content Creation
Lead the creation of compelling and shareable content that resonates with our target audience across various digital platforms.Collaborate with internal teams, athletes, and influencers to develop content that aligns with brand objectives.Social Media Management
Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive fan interaction.SEO and SEM
Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.Monitor and analyze website performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.Email Marketing
Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture fan relationships and drive ticket sales.Segment and target audiences effectively to maximize campaign success.Partnerships and Collaborations
Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, brands, and other relevant entities to expand our digital reach.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience (10+ years) in digital marketing, specifically within the sports and entertainment industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.Proficient in content development.Excellent project management and leadership skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Consistently demonstrates grit and determination with an innate ability to get stuff done.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Must be flexible and willing to work off hours, weekends, and nights as needs dictate.Passion for sports and entertainment.About Harlem Globetrotters International: THE originators of basketball style, captured by dynamic athletes with unmatched skills and influencers of today’s game.
