We are seeking a Life Insurance Producer to join our hard-working, family-oriented team. Responsibilities:
- Generate new accounts through proactive prospecting and client referrals.
- Respond to inbound referrals and walk-in business.
- Provide comprehensive risk analysis and recommend customized coverage solutions.
- Present proposals and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Complete applications and ensure all carrier-required documentation is submitted accurately.
- Maintain coverage adequacy by utilizing coverage checklists on all accounts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Valid Tennessee Life/Health Producer License (Preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred (Insurance background not required – we'll help you get licensed!).
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Curiosity and research skills for gathering information to complete applications.
- Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission: Base salary during training with ongoing commissions on new and renewal business.
