Manages strategy implementation to ensure user needs and business requirements are represented in features and functionality of system. Contributes to department strategy development that ensures user needs and business requirements are represented in features and functionality of system. Approves process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies. Communicates with senior leadership to influence others to accept current practices and approaches. Leads complex system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback, and directs the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Sedentary Work Career Level 8IC Extensive experience in a design role, ideally with a track record of managing design teams. At least one year of experience managing design system development in Figma. Proven ability to successfully deliver design projects from concept to completion. Strong design acumen:
Proficient understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Leadership abilities:
Proven experience managing and motivating design teams. Communication skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders. Project management skills:
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor design projects within deadlines and budgets. Technical proficiency:
Familiarity with design software tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Analytical skills:
Ability to evaluate design effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Marketing experience:
Experience working in the marketing space. Agile development experience:
Possess a strong understanding of agile design & development processes. Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-02-28 Base Pay Range: $105,000/yr. - $165,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
