WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

You will be compensated with a wage of $40,000-$55,000/year.

SCHEDULE

You will be responsible for opening our office at 8:50 am and ensuring all doors are locked at 5 pm daily.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS ROLE?

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and make a lasting impression on our prospective tenants. You'll be the first point of contact for our prospective tenants. Whether it's answering phone calls or responding to emails and voicemails, you'll ensure that every inquiry is handled promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will also include collecting rental payments, keeping track of key details, and coordinating key pickup with new tenants.

You'll also review upcoming move-in dates and complete move-in inspections. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in the overall leasing process by auditing Showmojo for accuracy, retrieving feedback from showings, and addressing any necessary follow-ups.
