Should be well-versed in technical office tools, media applications, simplification and process improvement and stewardship policies. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.Responsibilities+ End to end budget management of media campaigns including actualizations, invoicing, billing, cross charges, and discrepancies.+ Manage monthly financial forecasting process and input into the brand process.+ Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for management and brand teams.+ Learn and understand all Retail Media policies to ensure there are no stewardship issues and capture proof of performances.+ Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to budget simplification and productivity improvement through automation.+ Collaborate with multi-function teams to deliver planned campaign efficiently.+ Surface key learnings from our community to leadership team.+ Work closely with our agency partner and Brand teams to ensure we are responding to all inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner with regards to order issues, product questions, etc..Job Qualifications+ A thorough understanding of media metrics to track and hit KPI’s, and the ability to leverage data insights to determine strategies+ Strong Collaboration & interpersonal skills: The applicant's success and that of the department requires building effective working relationships and collaboration.+ Preferably experience with Budget Management: Working knowledge to strengthen or proficiency in applications. Comfort in working in excel tracking documents.+ Agile & Proactive: Effective support will require the ability to flow to the work to support the digital and media team when needed, while also proactively identifying opportunities to improve the work.+ Effective written and verbal communication skills: Clear communication with colleagues is critical in establishing clarity of expectations and delivering with excellence.+ Aptitude for technology: Applicant must have proficiency with the standard MS Office Toolkit and interest in growing personal skills and the skills of others with current and future productivity tools (e.g. file sharing, SharePoint, Teams, One Note).+ Growth Mindset: Over time the applicant may be encouraged to upskill to keep up building capability and capacity to support North America Transportation Organization's operational success.Starting Pay/Salary Range: $61,500 - $83,300Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
