The Sales
&MarketingIntern will work closely with the Business Developmentteamto support strategic initiatives to expand Polar Semiconductor's market footprint. This role provides hands-on experience in semiconductor sales, contracting, and business strategy in a rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibilities Support key government and commercial initiatives. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive insights. Support outreach efforts, including customer engagement, lead generation, and follow-up activities. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, andmarketingmaterials. Analyze and compile data for business intelligence reports and strategic planning. Assist in maintaining the CRM system, tracking leads, and updating customer interactions. Support event planning, trade shows, and customer meetings. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business,Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in semiconductors, manufacturing, or technology industries. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The Summer Intern hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate. Summer Intern employees will be eligible to receive the following benefits and additional compensation:
