Role Overview As a Senior Event Marketing Manager at TechEquity Ai, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing a variety of events that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This volunteer position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in event marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is structured for at least 25 hours per week for a minimum of four months, with the option to extend. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who excel in dynamic environments. While a volunteer position, it upholds the high standards of Silicon Valley’s tech and nonprofit sector. We seek independent, resourceful problem-solvers with relevant experience who are ready to apply their knowledge and take on multiple responsibilities to support the team. Success in this role requires adaptability, initiative, independence and a willingness to step in where needed. This opportunity is not structured as a training program; it is an opportunity to engage in high-impact work, gain real-world exposure in a results-driven AI and technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies

that align with the organization’s objectives and target audience. Lead the planning and execution of various events,

including Ai Summit and Ai Workshop. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,

such as sales, fundraising, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive event messaging and branding. Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners

to ensure seamless event execution and cost-effective solutions. Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content

to effectively market events across multiple channels. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

to continuously enhance our event marketing strategies. Analyze event performance metrics

and gather attendee feedback to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Mentor and guide junior team members,

fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful event planning and execution. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for attendees. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
