Job Overview

We are looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) Public Relations & Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence, develop strategic communication initiatives, and engage with key audiences. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage media relations, social media strategies, and marketing campaigns while maintaining a strong and consistent brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations and marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and industry positioning.
• Build relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships to maximize brand exposure.
• Monitor media coverage, track campaign performance, and provide reports on key metrics.
• Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring engagement and consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in public relations, marketing, or brand management.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Experience in media relations, content creation, and social media management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
