Mission: Lead the art direction and creative strategies for heritage brand Little Tikes from concept to execution across all consumer touchpoints. Position Requirements Education/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field from a four-year college or university. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the toy industry or a similar consumer goods sector. • Proven expertise in branding and design across digital, social media, print, experiential, and advertising. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms. Skills/Knowledge/Ability: The Senior Art Director oversees the development and execution of creative design for a collection of brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of creative strategies • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative efforts with overall business objectives. • Execute and manage the creation of engaging content, including graphics, videos/clips, animations, ads • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, advertising, the toy industry, and children's entertainment. • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital channels and interfaces. • Drive the vision of each marketing campaign across assets to maintain messaging, branding, and call-to-action consistency. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • Proven track record of 7+ years of experience in either an agency or in-house creative role • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across various platforms. • Strong creative vision and design chops. You can concept great ideas as well as execute them yourself • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems. • Passion for toys, children's entertainment, and generating memorable creatives. Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 /year
