Own the brand's growth -develop and execute a marketing strategy that scales revenue Lead DTC growth

Shopify & Amazon , ensuring the company dominates their segment in the marketplace. Expand B2B partnerships -drive wholesale and retail distribution growth Leverage performance marketing & retention -optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon Ads, email, and SMS Drive data-driven decision-making -analyze KPIs to maximize marketing efficiency and ROI Build & lead a high-performing team -align marketing with product, operations, and finance for long-term success Director of Marketing Qualifications:
7+ years of marketing leadership
with experience in
startups
(manufacturing & retail preferred) Expert in performance marketing -Google, Meta, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo, and SMS retention strategies Proven ability to scale brands -A/B testing, CRO, and full-funnel growth marketing experience Data-driven mindset -proficiency in
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central Strategic & hands-on leader -you can
execute and scale
from seven to nine figures Must be on-site in their Orange County area office -this is a leadership role, not a remote position.
