Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Integrated Marketing Program Manager to develop and execute targeted, multi-channel strategies that drive regional business objectives and enhance the buyer journey from brand awareness to advocacy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing team and work cross-functionally with Solutions Marketing, Channel Activation, and Global Campaign teams to ensure alignment with sales priorities and successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities Include...
Program Design & Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end journey from brand building to demand generation and advocacy.
- Develop and implement regional demand programs aligned with revenue goals, while activating global campaigns at the regional level.
Audience & Offer Strategy:
- Define audience segmentation and refine account targeting.
- Tailor messaging, content, and offers to engage prospects effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Regional Marketing to align initiatives with sales priorities.
- Coordinate with Solutions Marketing to ensure program messaging and relevance.
- Work with Channel Activation experts on tactical execution and engage the Global Campaigns team for regional program activation.
Program Optimization:
- Analyze performance data and budget allocations to optimize engagement and drive measurable results.
About You : We are looking for a results-driven and analytical professional with extensive experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software, and SaaS. You excel at designing and executing integrated marketing strategies and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
