Mostly in-office / Hybrid flexibility Expected Compensation : $140 - $180 + Discretionary annual bonus Primary Responsibilities : Lead the organization’s compensation programs, complete hands-on competitive benchmarking, benefits and incentive programs Monitor and evaluate benefit programs and make recommendations to revise offerings. Ensure data integrity, management and reporting within Workday. Lead annual benefit renewal processes and audits. Educate employees and leadership on plans. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Finance or related discipline. Prior experience in Workday software is a MUST. 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits plans. High level of analytical skills and understanding of compliance and reporting requirements. Project management skills with attention to detail. Exceptional skills and willingness to complete data reporting and presentations.
