Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Assistant Community Manager. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating with Board Members, handling administrative duties, and assisting the Community Manager in various projects.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience in community management or property management
- Knowledge of HOA, POA, or Condo Association regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CINC Software and property management software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in customer service is a plus
