Job Details:
- Monitors UiPath Orchestrator and services on a daily basis and notifies the support team of any BOT issues.
- Perform BOT Package deployment across environments- Works with (UIPath) RPA product team and troubleshoots platform issues.
- Monitors the windows infrastructure (terminal, application, web servers, etc) and related services.
- Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure.
- Assists the BOT support team to monitor bot runs on UIPath and resolve production issues.
- Monitor tickets assigned in the queue system and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Adheres to the bot delivery/governance framework and performs change control/ production code migration post approvals.
- Maintains user and bot accesses in UIPath as approved by system and process owners.
- Establishes/Monitors code version control through GIT-
- Performs scheduled maintenance activities such as server reboot &software patching.
- Partners with other team members to perform a seamless transition of support during time zone rotation.
- Supports the development and maintenance of training plans and other documentation.
