Overview
Using and developing proprietary models to size the vehicle thermal system Integration of basic control logics of thermal actuators Creating and using pre-processing and post-processing tools and provides support through program management Comparing the model results with test data and correlates the model accordingly Communicating the results in oral presentations and written reports to Chief Engineers, COEs, Component Engineers and others including Propulsion Systems management Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or a closely related engineering degree from an ABET accredited university 5+ years of engineering experience Self-starter with strong leadership, communication skills, and demonstrated problem solving ability Understanding of manufacturing and quality processes of electrical components Knowledge Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related engineering degree from an ABET accredited University Components releasing experience Experienced in validating and releasing of Electric Components for Automotive applications Knowledge in electrified powertrain propulsion systems Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green / Black-Belt Knowledgeable in use of TeamCenter with experience in NX in a production release environment
