Overview
We are seeking a skilled Webex Video Conferencing Engineer to manage and support enterprise video conferencing and unified communications systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Webex , CUCM , Avaya , and Microsoft Teams , with exposure to Five9 considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and administer Webex video conferencing infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot CUCM , Avaya , and Teams
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and daily maintenance
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless communication experiences
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for conferencing and telephony issues
- Assist in integration with platforms like Five9 (optional)
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Unified Communications / Video Conferencing
- Strong knowledge of Webex , CUCM , Avaya , and Teams
- Experience with Five9 is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
