*Full-Time Contract Role on W-2 via TEKsystems!*
*Duration:* Up to 12-months with extension possible
*Location:* Cupertino, CA
*Schedule:* Hybrid 3x a week (Tues, Weds, Thurs)
We are looking for an exceptional Product Design Lead. In this role, you will create various user-centric products used by employees and partners. You will work alongside teams of Product Managers, Developers, and Producers to empower users in their day-to-day workflows. The ideal candidate has deep curiosity about users and experience in end-to-end Product Design, preferably in enterprise-sized organizations, designing internal tools for desktop.
Key Qualifications
A portfolio showcasing excellence in user experience & interaction design, from initial concept to finished product Proven expertise in multiple UX design areas, including service design, research, IA, visual, prototyping Outstanding ability to communicate ideas through storytelling, visuals, and presentations Experience documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA of products Experience conducting competitive research Experience in Agile/scrum environments Knowledge of industry accessibility standards Meticulous attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Description
The candidate should have a passion for designing elegant, end-to-end web and desktop experiences. Deliverables are to be provided under tight deadlines with input from various stakeholders. Collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, and high aesthetic standards are essential. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work Basic experience with Jira 10+ years in product design/UX/UI Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Basic skills in After Effects or Premiere and Keynote are a plus Proficiency in macOS Resumes must include portfolio or website link Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $75.00 - $95.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics. Workplace Type
