Our client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their Technology Services team. This person will be working with their portfolio management tool and ensuring it is a great experience for the users. They have developed an in-house application that will store project information across the organization’s portfolio and enable custom reporting for tracking against company goals and objectives. Features will include, but are not limited to, task management, financial tracking, road mapping, and dashboards.
This designer will need to do live workshops within Figma and create mockups. They will also need to analyze and take charge of the metrics of nexus and turn them into usable data. This candidate should always be thinking of how to make the product better via design and will challenge leadership on design decision in order to do so.
This role is 50% visual design and 50% research – analyzing data and then implementing that data into the user interface. This is very collaborative. This designer will be lock step with the product owner. Building strong relationships and being a team player is very important for this role.
Must Haves:
• 3–5 years experience as a designer.

Responsibilities:
• Working with cross functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Proficient with UX – wireframes, prototypes, journey mapping, story boarding, data visualization, visual design, user flows, mockups, process flows, etc.
• Proficient with Research – usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, user interviews, workshops, personas, etc.
• Partner with technology and business colleagues to uphold UX standard methodologies and the creation of intuitive web and mobile applications and services that form the primary touch point with our employees and customers.
• Maintain deep industry knowledge in emerging technologies and enterprise capabilities.
• Elegantly craft user-centric designs by considering customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing prototypes.
• Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions.
• Design the UI architecture, layout, and interaction flow of web applications.
• Present design work to the SCT team, product team, and senior leadership for review and feedback.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
• Partner with domain business technology leaders and business partners to align problem statements with emerging technology opportunities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
