Our client is seeking a skilled Digital Content Publisher to support their growing backlog of content publishing needs. The team focuses on content design and publishing for their digital platforms, primarily their corporate website. This role will help execute approved content briefs and publish high-quality content using Drupal 10, following established brand, SEO, and UX guidelines.

1 day onsite in Northbrook, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and update content using Drupal 10
• Review and implement approved content briefs and intake forms
• Build new web pages and layouts following brand standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and UX
• Manage multiple publishing tasks and follow-ups across stakeholders
• Ensure published content is accurate, visually aligned, and compliant with standards
• Apply SEO and UX principles to optimize content effectiveness
• Use CMS and front-end tools to deliver polished, functional web pages

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in digital content management or production
• Minimum 3 years working directly with Drupal (Drupal 10 preferred)
• Strong familiarity with CMS platforms and publishing workflows
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS
• Working knowledge of SEO and UX best practices
• Experience navigating approval and compliance workflows in structured environments
• A background in visual design or a strong eye for layout and branding consistency is a plus
• Prior experience managing content backlogs or in freelance publishing roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Portfolio is a plus but not mandatory
