Supervision and Direction
The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Site Manager and coordinates daily activities accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure tenants receive prompt, courteous, and quality service, including addressing complaints swiftly and reporting them to the Community Manager.
- Assist the Community Manager with recertifications, inspections, and maintenance oversight.
- Greet visitors and residents.
- Support rent collection and record-keeping, including bank trips.
- Maintain files on maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist with purchasing supplies and managing budgets.
- Coordinate resident activities and events.
- Attend mandatory meetings and seminars.
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with basic arithmetic skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record for site errands.
- Ensure access to reliable transportation for property errands.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager or TMAM Management.
