We are hiring morning team members! We have immediate openings for individuals who can provide excellent customer service and are willing to learn the responsibilities of a Store Morning Crew Member. If you want to gain experience in the fast-food industry, learn cash handling procedures, assist in training newly hired team members, and learn the duties of a store morning member, we would like to talk to you. As a Team Member-morning, you will be responsible for working in the morning at this location.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Responsible for working the morning shifts.
- Cash handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds.
- Assist in training, coaching, and development of newly hired Team Members.
- Taste product to ensure quality standards are met.
- Act as a role model for outstanding customer service and overall Team Member standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, health, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Perform other job-related activities as requested.
- Ensure company standards are maintained and comply with policies and procedures.
- Uphold and execute the vision and mission of Subway and assist others in doing the same.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Dependable.
- Effective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
- Ability to maintain a fast pace.
- Ability to handle responsibility.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
