Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores. Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The Role:
As a key member of our Fanatics Corporate Advertising team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging digital assets that align with our brand, excite our clients and connect with our audience. Your designs will play a pivotal role in shaping how our products are represented across e-commerce and email marketing channels.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate across teams to develop visually compelling and on-brand digital assets for e-commerce platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertising, ensuring consistency and high-impact visuals. Design and produce digital assets with precision, delivering high-quality work on time and in line with project specifications. Assist in the creation and refinement of visually engaging pitch decks, ensuring clear communication of key messages through strong design, layout, and branding. Work closely with the Sales team and clients to ensure the timely launch of marketing assets that meet both creative and functional requirements. Maintain a quality-first mindset, ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of design, from concept to execution. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, tools, and best practices, and proposing new ideas to keep our digital marketing efforts innovative and fresh. Adapt to fast-paced changes, meeting quick-turn deadlines and adjusting to evolving client feedback and market needs. What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of graphic design experience in e-commerce, advertising, or a related field, ideally within the sports or collectibles industry. Experience with marketing consumer products or ad sales is a plus. Fluency in: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver. Video experience (AfterEffects, Premier) is a plus. A strong portfolio that showcases your skills in designing digital assets for e-commerce and advertising platforms. A genuine passion for sports with the ability to translate that enthusiasm into engaging marketing materials. Self-management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work independently as the primary graphic designer on the team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically, adapt to changing circumstances, innovate, and problem solve. Candidate must be flexible enough to work in a fast-paced environment with quick-turn announcements, partner edits, etc.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
