Overview
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our childcare and family solutions programs across channels, assets, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market plans to launch new features/updates/products that impact the enhancement of consumer experience/enrollment growth.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the impact and success of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics and provide actionable insights to inform product roadmap and business strategy.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing - Required Master's Degree in Marketing - Preferred At least 5 years in Marketing - Required Would relevant experience be considered in lieu of applicable degree?

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the childcare or education industry.
Work autonomously and consult with necessary parties on key decisions.
Experience developing product collateral and messaging that directly supports marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
Adept at managing tight timelines, competing priorities, and projects that span multiple departments
Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including client organizations and partner teams
Demonstrated success in developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule(vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is between $80,000 - 90,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
