The Design Intern will support our design team in various design and packaging-related tasks. As a Design Intern, you will work alongside our Design Director and contribute to our brand's visual identity. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Compensation Band: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Create and update marketing materials for our restaurants and partnerships, including but not limited to posters, social media graphics, and signage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Ops, Culinary, etc)
Support the design team with various design-related tasks, including image editing, layout design, and UX changes
Ensure brand consistency across all materials produced by the design team
Coordinate vendor outreach and sample requests
Assist in the maintenance and organization of design files, assets, and samples
Stay up-to-date with design trends and new technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
Required Qualifications An interest in food & hospitality
Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in graphic design, packaging design, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Strong design portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take direction from multiple inputs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
