Position Overview
The Search Atlas Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring enterprise clients maximize value from the Search Atlas platform. This role will build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for enterprise clients to ensure high retention rates and account growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on Search Atlas.
- Monitor usage patterns and proactively address adoption challenges.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new enterprise users.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of reducing churn and growing existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of search technology, SEO, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Experience with Hubspot preferred.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company is preferred.
