This role supports the Client relationship marketing initiatives and consumer campaigns through all marketing channels including mail, email, web, etc. Campaigns may include vehicle campaigns, incentive offers, and lifecycle marketing efforts. The person will work closely with internal stakeholders and our partner agency, FCB, on all campaigns. Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns supporting key company initiatives. Guide the creative direction of integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with agencies and in-house teams on concepts, brand alignment, and launch strategies. Partner with marketing teams to define goals, metrics, testing, and targeting parameters. Oversee the post-release QA process, approve campaigns ensuring creative, copy, and functionality are correct, and validate data segmentation and audience targeting. Maintain communication among all cross-functional marketing teams. Collaborate with data administrators to pull segments, suppression lists, and create data extensions from client data files. Work with digital teams on landing pages, PURLs, vanity URLs, etc., to enhance customer experience. Coordinate with Marketing Communications, Loyalty, eCommerce, creative teams, and external partners on offers and email content. Required Expertise & Experience
2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within an agency or large OEM. Knowledge of HTML (including HTML5 and CSS3). Experience working with data exports and variables. Understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex processes clearly. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Effective troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Proactive team player thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
