ABOUT THE ROLE TaxRise is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our content marketing and customer engagement efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute social media strategies, manage content workflows, and communicate with customers across platforms. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage organic social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Oversee content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement to drive brand awareness and engagement. Handle communication with potential clients across email, social media, and messaging platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials. Ensure a smooth content approval process, keeping projects on track and aligned with brand guidelines. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive voice and visual identity. Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving consumer behaviors to refine marketing strategies. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Entry-level experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation. Strong writing and communication skills with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement. Project management experience, particularly in content development and approval workflows. Excellent research skills and the ability to adapt to digital marketing trends. Proactive customer service experience with the ability to engage with online audiences.
