Overview
About Us Helios is building the AI-native OS for government interaction. Our first product, Proxi, is already redefining how policymakers, lobbyists, Fortune 500s, and public servants navigate power. We're automating the workflows that define public-private life—and building a platform that will one day be synonymous with governance itself.
We're backed by leading investors and already closing deals with high-impact operators. Our founding team comes from the White House, State Department, Microsoft, and Datadog. Now we’re looking for a creative co-founder in spirit—a master of narrative, virality, and visual culture—to help us write the story of a new American movement.
The Role
We’re hiring a full-time content killer.
This isn’t a typical marketing role. This is an attention command post for the 21st century.
You’ll own how the world sees Helios—from launch campaigns and doc-style founder features to viral drops that drive real inbound and shape public discourse. You’ll direct shoots, obsess over reels, advise the C-suite, and turn raw execution into mass attention. You’ll build a media engine that fuels product adoption and movement-building in the same stroke.
Location:
New York City
Key Responsibilities Lead all creative and content execution across Helios and Proxi Build viral video campaigns that drive user growth, sales, and influence Develop Helios’ aesthetic into a visual system people want to imitate Extract emotion and narrative from policy professionals, founders, and users Direct video shoots and lead post-production with cinematic quality Grow and sustain engagement across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more Partner with the executive team to architect moments that shape public conversation Work backwards from virality—turn attention into market dominance
You Might Be a Fit If You Are a full-stack content creator: write, shoot, edit, publish Know what Chiat\Day is—and want to make them look like a footnote Treat content like a weapon, not a deliverable Have grown personal or company accounts to serious scale Can script brand storylines that convert into six-figure contracts Are obsessed with design, detail, sound, and narrative pacing Understand American politics, media, and influence deeply Want to build something louder, faster, and more dangerous than legacy PR
Nice to Have Background in filmmaking, podcasting, studio production, or media agency work Experience launching brands, campaigns, or movements Familiarity with AI, govtech, or venture-backed startups Ability to coach execs on public presence and media moments Deep network in design, content, and political storytelling circles
Compensation Salary: $150,000–$220,000 Equity: Generous founding team-level package
