Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years visually impaired experience required. Virtual Teacher for Visually Impaired Students (TVI) Location: Remote (Illinois) Schedule: 2 days/week Caseload: Elementary Job Overview: Were seeking a creative and compassionate Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to work remotely with elementary students. This part-time role offers the flexibility of virtual instruction while making a meaningful impact on students' education. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement IEPs for students with visual impairments. Deliver engaging virtual lessons using assistive technology and adaptive materials. Collaborate with families and educators to support student success. Monitor progress and adjust teaching methods as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or Vision Impairment. Illinois TVI certification. Experience with remote teaching preferred.
